How do I get a copy of our current By-laws?

By-laws are available electronically in “pdf” format for no charge. If you need a printed copy of your By-laws there is a fee to cover the
printing and mailing. To request either version of your By-Laws please contact Debbie @ (734) 222-3700 or send an email to dwollard@pinnaclemgt.com .
Who do I make my Association Fee check payable to?
Please make your checks payable in the name of your association.
Does Pinnacle manage individual homes or apartments?
Pinnacle focuses all of it’s expertise on association management in an effort to be the best at what we do. For this reason, we do
not manage any individual homes or units.
Does Pinnacle offer real estate services?
While Pinnacle facilitates the needs of Real Estate, Mortgage and Title Companies, we do not broker unit sales.
Does Pinnacle charge for Condo Questionnaires or Dues Statement Reports?
Pinnacle is one of the only management companies that provide this service for no additional fee.
How quickly can I expect to receive a completed Condo Questionnaire or Dues Report Statement?
Pinnacle is committed to efficient and accurate service. Often these documents are processed the same day as received.
If my association signs up with Pinnacle are we locked in to a long contract?
Our contract term is a very simple one – it runs continually (forever, hopefully!) with a 90 day notice of cancellation. We have never felt
the need to “lock in” customers by using a lengthy contract.
Does Pinnacle take association fee payments on-line or over the phone?
Pinnacle does not take payments over the phone or on-line. Please watch for this development in the future. Until then please mail your
payments or feel free to drop them off at the Pinnacle office or consider signing up for an automatic withdrawal for your association fee (ACH).
